How points are earned
Eligible orders, campaigns or account activities may earn points. The applicable amount, qualifying conditions and any expiry date are shown in the relevant account or campaign information.
Using points
Where redemption is available, the account page explains how points can be applied. Points are promotional value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred unless a specific campaign says otherwise.
Adjustments and expiry
Points connected to cancelled, refunded or abnormal orders may be reversed. Expired points cannot be restored unless required by applicable law. Contact support if the points history does not match your order record.
