2.1. All product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications on the Website are for informational purposes. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that product images exactly represent the actual product (colours may vary due to monitor settings).

2.2. All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the User and include applicable VAT (IVA) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included and will be indicated during checkout.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.

2.4. Group bargain prices are subject to the specific terms of each bargain offer and may change based on the outcome of the group deal.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

3.1. To place an order, the Customer must:
a) Register for an account or checkout as a guest
b) Add products to the shopping cart
c) Provide accurate billing and shipping information
d) Complete payment through the available payment methods

3.2. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance of the order.

3.3. The contract of sale is formed when we send the shipping confirmation email, confirming that the products have been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
a) The product is out of stock
b) Payment is not authorised
c) Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
d) A pricing error is identified

3.4. In the event of cancellation, any payment made will be refunded in full.

5.3. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery. Any claims for damaged or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Spanish and EU consumer protection laws (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:
a) Contact us at privacy@soybazar.com or through the account dashboard
b) Return the products in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
c) Bear the direct cost of returning the products

6.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned products, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6.4. Exceptions (hygiene): The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
a) Lingerie, underwear, and shapewear (if the protective hygiene seal has been removed)
b) Swimwear and bikinis (if the protective hygiene seal has been removed)
c) Earrings and pierced jewellery
d) Customised or personalised products

7. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

7.1. Registration: To access certain features of the Website, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

b) The content does not infringe any third-party rights
c) The content is not defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful

8.4. Livestreaming: Users who livestream on the platform agree to comply with our Livestreaming Guidelines, which prohibit nudity, hate speech, harassment, and illegal activities.

9. GROUP BARGAINING

9.1. The group bargaining feature allows Users to create or join group deals to obtain discounted prices.

9.2. By creating or joining a bargain, you agree that:
a) Your username and bargain participation details will be visible to other participants
b) The bargain terms (minimum participants, price tiers, time limits) are as displayed
c) If the bargain succeeds, you are committed to the purchase at the resulting price
d) If the bargain fails, no purchase is made

9.3. You may leave a bargain at any time before it concludes successfully.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

When using the Website, you agree NOT to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
